Masterclasses

One day. One skill. Fewer ideas, held longer.

A full day on Conversations, Judgement, or Direction — case-led, discussion-heavy, tuned to your industry. Every participant leaves with something specific they'll do differently on Monday, and a manager who'll notice. Available in-company or as open enrolments. The masterclass is the front door; most clients walk further in.

12-Week Skill Journeys

One skill, properly installed.

Our core product, and the honest answer to why training usually fails: one day is enough to open a mind and nowhere near enough to change a habit. The journey runs twelve weeks — masterclass, then simulator reps, coaching circles, and application to real work, with the manager's own manager involved so the change is seen and reinforced. We measure at the start and the end, and the difference is the deliverable.

The Complete Manager

The flagship. All three skills. Certified.

Nine months. All three skills, practised across all four contexts, with simulations, coaching, action learning on live business problems, and certification in partnership with a premier business school. For high-potential cohorts, first-time-manager academies, and the successors you're actually counting on. This is the program we'd want our own managers to go through — because our own faculty do.

Simulators

Where it's safe to get it wrong.

Practice environments for each skill: performance-conversation simulators where managers rehearse the hard talk before the real one, decision simulations where judgement meets consequences, and business simulations where a team runs a company for two days and discovers, viscerally, what the finance team has been trying to tell them for years. Available inside journeys or licensed for your academy.

The Manager Skills Diagnostic

Start by knowing where you stand.

A structured read of your manager population against the Core Three, drawing on self, team and manager perspectives. You get a one-page heatmap of where your managers are strong, where they're exposed, and what we'd do about it — including the parts that don't involve us.
